Central Oregon Hitting Academy (COHA) is a private academy that works with select athletes to perfect their swing mechanics, mental skills and approach in both softball and baseball.  COHA uses Hit-trax, blast technologies, and video to analyze swings and provide updates and checkpoints on progress, combined with personalized instruction to introduce and improve mental skills, plate discipline and fine tune hitting approaches. Most importantly, we leverage instruction and technology to help us identify the right action(s) to improve swing mechanics - we want our guidance and focus to be well rounded.
